Those who change jobs too often will have hot waters to find a new job. Companies are revising their their hiring policies. To have a cut on the attrition rate of their employees, Major IT Companies, where the attrition is at its peak. Companies now brought in a new element called "Stability" in evaluation of the candidates. Candidates who have changed their jobs on an average one in three years will have more chances of getting hired with a high hike. The new policy in evaluation has already its impact in reducing the attrition around 4%.
